About JMI Resource

Established in 2005 with it’s headquarters in Lutz, Florida, JMI Resource has specialized in satisfying the flexible staffing needs for industry, office and hospitality through the multiple services provided by JMI Staffing, JMI Office Solutions and JMI Cleaning Service.

While JMI Resource provides personnel with varying skills and skill levels, the company prides itself on its ability to fill positions and match skill sets with job requirements. Our intensive recruiting and screening sets us apart from our competition and helps us to build a close partnership with our clients.

JMI Resource is interested in partnering with clients, analyzing their workforce needs and then developing customized solutions -- including both short-term and long-term labor requirements. This type of relationship allows companies to rely on a single source provider for staffing services rather than multiple companies. A JMI Resource affiliation also provides clients with the increased security and strength that comes with a strong staffing partnership.

Key to success of JMI Resource is our close familiarity with the businesses of our clients. JMI Resource consultants visit client job sites regularly to become familiar with the skills required by the client's business, conduct job site safety inspections and ensure that employees are appropriately equipped for the job. To ensure customer satisfaction, JMI Resource consultants and service coordinators play an active role in the work assignments.

JMI Resource also builds lasting relationships with its employees. We carefully evaluate each employee's ability, knowledge and aptitude before making assignments. This not only permits us to more appropriately assign our labor resources, but also helps ensure that we retain quality employees. We recruit our flexible service employees through advertising in local media, job fairs and, a substantial portion, through referrals.

The purpose of this letter is to express how we differentiate ourselves from the numerous temporary firms that you are contacted by each day. One of the most important ways we accomplish this is by our method of recruiting. With unemployment ranging from high to low in Florida counties, it is nearly impossible for employers and other temporary employment agencies to stay consistent in attracting the available workforce necessary to staff their respective companies. JMI Resource has taken huge steps to finding a solution to that problem by (1) concentrating our recruiting and screening of employees in the heart of large migrant communities outside of Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville and other Florida metropolitan areas (2) by utilizing the InterExchange H-2B Work USA Program. This has enabled us to provide our clients with quality workers that not only have demonstrated excellent performance but also a true sense of loyalty, reliability and dedication to the job.

Secondly, when required, JMI Resource provides transportation for our employees to and from the job sites. This translates into a high reliability factor and response time.

Thirdly, you are number one. We are responsive and sensitive to our client’s needs. The philosophy that permeates JMI Resource’s entire corporate workforce is founded on you, our client, being number one. This plan was conceived with the vision of lifting the burdensome problems and time spent in coordinating employee service agencies from you and placing it directly on the shoulders of JMI Resource …Communicate what you want to one person and it appears. Through the sensitive matching of service employees to the work assignments, pre-training them and establishing an on-client-site center---retention will stabilize thereby benefiting production and ultimately impacting profit.
